Our 1% Sustainability Levy brings back meaningful positive impacts to community in Osoam and local environments. In 2025, we upgrade medical facilities in local healthcare center to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being of local residents in Osoam. In Osoam, only 20% of people go to high school and literacy rate in Osoam is lower than Cambodian national literacy rate 84%. In order to tackle poverty by education, Samanea is working on to provide scholarship program to diligent juvenile in the local community.

On-site Organic Farms
More than 30,000 m² (precisely 34,275 m²) of our River Farm including 1,280 m² of on-site hydro farm provide fresh herbs, leafy vegetables as well as Heritage Farm for seasonal and local delicacy such as avocados, coffee beans, bananas, peppers, passion fruits and many more for cuisines in Seed & Soil Restaurant, beverages in Breeze Lounge, and treatments in Wellness Sanctuary.
These harvests are grown organically with compost made on-site by part of food wastes and the rest of food wastes are fed to livestock in local community to maximize landfill diversion rate.

We power our operations with on-site renewable energy, including solar and hydroelectric sources, and channel it directly to our EV fleets. Our commitment to sustainability extends to meticulously segregating waste, aiming for a ninety percent landfill diversion rate. Additionally, we drastically reduce chemical usage in cleaning and swimming pools through advanced ozone water technology.

Each morning at 5:30 AM, our chef harvests over sixty varieties of organic vegetables, fruits, and herbs from our 34,275 square meter gardens, ready for your plate by noon. What you don't consume is returned to the soil as compost within months, completing a healing circularity that stands in contrast to a global supply chain.
